Leading the Enterprise Project Management Office at Abunayyan Holding, with oversight of the full project portfolio
across 14 business units operating in Water, Oil & Gas, Power, Landscaping, Trading, Manufacturing, Servicing, and
Investment. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, with a mandate to drive project governance, strategic alignment, risk
oversight, and performance optimization at the enterprise level.

In my role as Contracts Director at Saudi Binladin Group Operation & Maintenance, my primary responsibility is to
oversee the management of hard and soft services for significant projects in KSA. This includes monitoring and
improving contract performance and compliance at the corporate level, tracking key performance indicators and other
contractual requirements, ensuring contracts are executed efficiently. In addition to that, I am also responsible for
managing and overseeing cost control for these projects, which includes implementing strategies to optimize budget,
monitoring expenses to ensure compliance with financial constraints, reporting financial performance to stakeholders,
and managing risks associated with cost over-runs. The group of projects you are responsible for covers a wide range
of infrastructure and building projects including:
• Religious buildings: The Grand Mosque and the Prophets Mosque
• Iconic landmarks: Makkah Royal Clock Tower
• Transportation infrastructure: 15 domestic airports around KSA, Hajj Terminal, King Abdulaziz International
Airport
• Healthcare: King Faisal Specialist Hospital and King Fahad Hospital
• Royal and government buildings: Royal Palaces, Security Buildings
• Educational institutions: Princess Nourah University (PNU), King Saud University
• Residential construction: Residential Projects
Key Responsibilities
• Monitors and administers the business provisions of assigned contracts to ensure that contract requirements are met
with the relevant Key Performance Indicators (or KPIs), and other contractual obligations.
• Participates as a member of the negotiating team, assuming responsibility for explaining positions and resolving
matters of a commercial nature related to the proposed contract.
• Collaborates with appropriate Procurement personnel on project subcontract matters.
• Identifies contractual problems and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of the project in execution to achieve the project goals and
objectives.
• Initiate and conduct meetings as required with Employer, and Subcontractors related to commercial and contract
management matters.
• Control of Change Management for both the Prime contract and subcontracts Agreements.
• Participation in the projects risk management plan, particularly with regard to commercial risks and continuously
follow up the progress in this regards.
• Provide Contract and Commercial advice and guidance.
• Oversight of cost estimates with the budgets for each project and the Master Budget.
• Delivery of comprehensive reports on overall projects performance and present to top management on a regular
basis.

• Initiate and conduct meetings as required with Employer, Engineer, and Subcontractors related to commercial and
contract management matters.

o Manage the contract administration team and assign their tasks as applicable
o Develops and implements procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy
o Manage the prime contract with Client and resolve all commercial and administrative issues
o Interpretation of contract as need to support other departments
o Meetings with subcontractors on any commercial and contractual aspects and generate MOM
o Preparation, submission & tracking of all contract change Notices and Amendments for approval by appropriate level of authority
o Manage contract change to maximize opportunity and minimize risk

o Managing all aspects of assigned projects from contract signature to final handover to client.
o Managing and leading the project team.
o Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
o Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
o Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
o Control and monitor Project Scope, Time, Cost, Quality and Risk.
o Reporting status of the project and preparing a Project Status Report.
o Closing the project (Final invoice, primary Receipt, lesson learned)

o Assisting in the Evaluation of Variation Order for the civil and architectural works.
o Take-off and Estimating Quantities.
o Comparison Studies based on suppliers and subcontractors Quotations.
o Preparing subcontractors invoices, Follow up Subcontractors progress.
o Make Claims &Revised bill of quantities.

1- Prepare Structure Work Shop Drawings for carpentry works, Reinforced steel and prepare Bar Bending list (BBL) for the projects.
2- Revision of workshop drawing from the third party before Submit from the Client.
3- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the structure fulfils all functional requirements.
4- Calculation of quantities for the steelworks
5- Make As-built drawings.
