Data Center facility management: -
1-Responsible for the installation of the racks and the provision of new servers or network devices. 
2-Design, implementation, and build out of new facilities for HO data centers. 
3-Working as part of network team for installing a switches and routers for all projects.
4-Responsible for all problems regarding network in all site projects (50 location) in Kuwait.
5-Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding network implementation or getting quotations.
6-Doing site survey for any new implementation.
7-Creating a document with all datacenter devices details and update list and make designs for all data center racks
8-Design on floor map and implement CCTV system for new requirement (HIKVISION, DAHUA)

Maintain network, software and hardware in Head Office and various project
locations.

Full support on Polycome HDX 9000 and 8000 video conference devices "RMX 7000
& CMA 4000 desktop as a main task.

Lead a team of IT technicians in supporting 4000+ users' requests and services
•
Administrator on active directory and Hyper V on MS server 2008/21012 R2
•
Doing backup plans for tab library

Requested quotes/budget prices from suppliers

Meeting customers and providing solutions as a Solution Architect.

Training customers on hands-on and helping increase their skills.

Keep up awareness of new developments and technologies.

Install computer equipment and its peripherals both for full network set-up and for
end user work stations.

Designed the data networks for the new project's sites

Configuring and troubleshooting CISCO switches & routers.

Configuring Virtual LANs, routing protocols (like BGP, OSPF) and all switching
protocols.

Handling internal Data Center of the firm.

Basic knowledge in VMWARE Client and Workstations.

Handling Domain Controller for site offices in Sulibiya plant and Bayan Palace.

Administering communication by creating and editing Extension and TN numbers
on Nortel system.

Prepares program documentation to support new or enhanced systems and
applications.
• Analyzes and designs program logic, screen layouts, reports, station criteria and
testing criteria to support development of new or enhanced systems.
• Planning and directing operational functions such as monitoring computers and
telecommunications equipment
• Fully responsible on IT setups in new stores opening.
• Creating manuals and user guide as references to IT team and normal users.
• Participates in structured walk-throughs and other activities to review systems
and provide training and support

Providing technical advices to administrative personnel on operational changes.
• Performs ongoing maintenance and review of applications systems and programs;
identifies problems and develops appropriate solutions.

1-Daily call attend to restaurant support, if any necessity upgrade or replacement hardware.
Preventive maintenance on schedule.
2- Install implementation &training as per operation demand.
3- Assist to open new restaurants.
4- As a support engineer my responsibility is to make sure all equipments and devices which related to IT working fine and running the business at stores, restaurants and factory.
5- Supporting any time at weekends or public holidays 24x7
6- Preparing PC’s like main computer and COT with installing XP SP3 with last updating , install all application which helping restaurant’s manger to do them works like Microsoft office 2007, Adobe reader, active report sp3, configure Outlook and win zip
7-Install all application for main computer like antivirus, SQL server 2000, FMISPOS , install office printer, biometric device, network time server, VPN on manager pc
8- Make IT equipments ready if there is any new opening
