- Monitor team performance and provide induction training for the new staff along with up-to-date training on products.
- Keep up-to-date of the shop manager responsibilities and filling in during his absence;
- Run daily and monthly reports of sales performance and stock control;
- Handle customers complaints and take action to meet the customers expectations;
- In charge of holding the shop keys, opening and closing.

- Consistency. Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the shop manager.
- Ensure items are displayed according to the brand standard
- Add customer data to the database.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times internal and external, by being aware of the product categories and being able to assist and advise customers in a professional manner.
- Assist the duty Manager with the day to day store operations including opening and closing and other security aspects.
- Run the department in the absence on the department manager.
- Train the staffs on the POS operations and take corrective actions at the POS.
- Deal with any customer issues arriving at the POS to ensure the smoothness of the customer service is uninterrupted.
- Supervise the receiving and display of goods in accordance with the approved procedures and ensure products are available for customers purchase.
- Ensure the compliance with the store procedure with regards to pricing and ticketing to ensure that customers are aware of product prices and to protect the company against any loss related to pricing.
- To assist with the training and ensure that sales assistants apply the principles at all times, ensuring a corporate image is achieved and that has the best possible looking stories in its products categories.
