Strategic Planning:
• Participate in preparing and updating the sales action plan, strategic objectives, key performance indicators and targets cascaded from Emirates Transport strategic plan.
• Participate in preparing the annual budget for the Sales Department to secure financial resources necessary to execute action plans and achieve annual targets.
• Participate in improving the Sales Department’s policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular meetings with Head of Sales to discuss the following month action plans and corrective actions needs to be taken based on previous month performance.
Customer Service:

• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner and to ensure quality execution against expectations.
• Ensure the resolution of account inquiries/issues, develop, coordinate, and execute a communication plan to clients in order to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and happiness.
Contract Management:
• Study and Review Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotations (RFQ) and prepare proposals, quotations and any other related documents.
• Negotiate the terms of contract with the clients, while ensuring excellent customer relationship.
• Review the new contracts prepared by the Sales Support and monitor the renewal process of the existing contracts.
• Communicate any changes in contracts to clients and assist in making strategic decisions regarding these changes.
Market Research:
• Evaluate and study current and potential customers’ needs to increase sales.
• Conduct competitive analysis studies to gather market intelligence and share reports with the Sales team.
• Conduct customer segmentation analysis to develop a more targeted sales approach.
• Prepare periodical sales reports and submit to the Head of Sales.
