• 10 May 2022- 6 OCT 2022, Action Against Hunger (ACF) - FSL Project Assistant:
- Responsible for carrying out the technical survey data collection under the supervision of the line manager and the support of the Senior FSL officers
- Responsible for the archiving of the beneficiary lists and cash for work workers’ files and supporting documents with Action Against Hunger and cooperatives as per Action Against Hunger standards and policies
- Support to provide the documentation needed for social security registration and work permit application, and support in the process when needed.
- Ensure the collection of Attendance Sheets for different project activities
- Support the cooperative in the follow-up and communication with the beneficiaries, contacting the beneficiaries and collecting the required documents
- Ensure coherence and completion of collected information
- Data cleaning of the data lists provided by the cooperative

• 9 Feb 2022- 9 May 2022, International Medical Corps (IMC) Para Caseworker:
- Support the assigned child protection case management team with follow up on low-risk cases as identified upon supervisor approval, including follow up home visits, phone calls and meetings with families.
- Identify and assess potential risks through follow ups, needs and strengths of children and their caregivers, and update the case manager regularly with the risks in order to conduct the needed intervention.
- Collaborate with the allocated child protection case manager, children and their caregivers to plan, implement, monitor, and amend individualized care plans and services to achieve the child’s best interest
- Facilitate and support the case manager in following up on the conducted safety and case planning and referrals by the case manager with Children and caregivers, (if/when appropriate).
- Document all follow up, home visits, phone calls and observation notes using relevant case management tools (Para caseworker follow up form) as provided by the assigned case manager.
- Report case updates regularly to the allocated child protection case manager or other relevant child protection staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the CP team in identifying child protection cases and outreach activities.
- In coordination and collaboration with the CP team, participate in the awareness raising sessions, initiatives, campaigns, events etc.
- Support the CP team in identification of the potential foster /mentorship families.
• 1 Jan 2021- 31 dec 2021, Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Technical Livelihood Assistant:
- Oversees the daily work of CFW labourers.
- Daily presence on site supporting the implementation of the project activities, supervising works and coordination of site services for the workforce.
- Responsible for mobilizing the community for the outreach and identification of labourers eligible for joining the project. Complete vulnerability assessments, data entry and reporting on community mobilization with guidance from the Team Leader.
- Responsible for attendance sheets, weekly payments, keep track of performance of labourers, and support the Team Leader in compiling payment requests. Carry out data collection and entry as required
- Tracks and maintains progress in line with the established project timeline.
- Follow up on complaints and feedback from CFW labourers concerning payment, performance, working hours, on-site services, or any other issues that may arise.
- Liaise and follow up with authorities for the issuance of the permits needed for the implementation of the project.

- Conduct Kobo and VAF assessment to select most venerable family and enrol them in NRC shelter projects.

- Explain project aims and objectives to beneficiaries through daily contact and the organization of regular meetings.
- Assist beneficiaries by clearly describing NRC technical project criteria, providing assistants and support during implementation of projects and provision of accurate information about NRC and its activities.
- Liaise the project community and maintain good relations between NRC and the project’s communities. This includes aiding in the coordination of activities of technical staff in project areas and consulting with NRC project team regarding appropriate and effective community approach.
- Collect and report information regarding the situation of displaced refugee families living in host communities with specific attention to the targeted project location and beneficiaries, Link project beneficiaries with other project community mobilization staff, property owners/landlords, host families and other stakeholders through meetings, home visits and activities.
- Monitor NRC social team volunteers pool and work on their capacity building.

- Conduct assessment home visits to vulnerable Syrians and Jordanians.
- Identify extremely vulnerable Syrian and Jordanian households in need to referrals to external service assistance.
- Collect accurate feedback information from beneficiaries to improve accountability.
- Record basic data and prepare lists of recommended cases for different type of assistance.
- Highlight the specific needs of the client and prepare explanation and justification for inclusion of potential clients for provision of specific services

1. Prepare the assessments:
- Conduct vulnerability assessments for refugees and vulnerable Jordanians households;
- Ensure the application of quality standards throughout work including case assessments and information assistance services.
2. Collection of Information and Data Gathering
- Identify, through field visits, information and referral needs of beneficiaries; Input accurate and complete data for all assessed beneficiaries;
- Ensure proper documentation and data filing.
3. Regular monitoring of the refugee situation:
- Provide information about rights, access to key services available in the community;
- Maintain regular contact with beneficiaries, community leaders, municipality representatives and other NGOs.
- Detect the appearance of new refugees/flows and/or establishment of new informal tented settlements (ITS) in the areas of operation;
- Cross check information with field-level sources of information;
- Alert ACF staff of any issue/change or threat that might be detected during the field visits;
- Following up complaints from beneficiaries.
4. Conduct and support focus group discussions
- Support the Basic Needs PM in conducting focus groups discussions as requested (from note taking to directly conducting focus groups discussion if delegated by the Basic Needs PM);
- Conduct the preparation of focus groups discussion (calling participants, refreshments, booking/requesting rooms, permits, etc.

Community Mobilizer:
- Implemented IRD policies in the field.
- Assisted UNHCR in their duties, such as registration and community services.
- Performed statistics for refugees.
- Coordinated with other NGOs, and attended coordination meetings.
- Regulated and organised the cash for work rotation program (previously done by ACTED).
- In charge of the communal kitchens and gas cylinders’ replacement.
- Engage with the community through field visits, focus groups, and meetings with community leaders to help in problem-solving and referral of services.
- Build trust with refugees to facilitate better relationships between the community, organizations, and camp management.
- Direct coordination with other organizations through interagency district meetings
- Work in partnership with UNHCR in caravans’ distribution, verifying cases in need and facilitating transition from tent to caravan.
