Coordination between project and business teams during the execution of projects and

In all above systems, Gathering requirements from business users and do the analysis
of the new requirements and write the change request documents and design it then
send it to development center.
Following the request and deliver it on time to catch the customer satisfaction.
Handling the implementation of these systems and migration.
Troubleshooting and support the systems issues.
