Manage and process all PRO services includes from visa application for a group of companies.
Process and achieve our client’s services on time to avoid any fine.
Works in all sites related to the government offices such as from the Labor, Immigration, Health Care, EJARI, EID and Dubai Municipality.
Achieve more than 30 thousand transactions in different fields (Ednrd online immigration system _ labour office and Taasheel system _ EID system _ Medical system_ Ejari system_OHC system_ ERP system_ DED and all governments site.
Deal with the governmental departments to complete the process for all transaction.
Coordinate various staff requirements to achieve staff benefits.
Record Management keeping soft files for our clients staff and update it as needed
Process all kind of visa includes ( dependents & mission &relative) and update it after approval to complete the process
Received all transaction from clients and arrange it and achieve it as soon as possible.
Avoid any fines by achieving the transaction through 50 days after entrance Dubai.
Works on ERP system and update all data base information.
Deals with the clients and solving any problem they are facing at some point.
Perform general office duties such as office administration & office supplies management.
