 Preparation and Development of Master Planning, Design, Engineering, Procurement, Tender and Construction Schedules together with Associated Information Required Schedules.
 Identify Stakeholder Key Tasks in the Baseline and Detailed Schedules.
 Review Schedule Data - identify and acquire Information needed to complete Work Logics to interface between Project Teams.
 Identify significant supporting for all Milestones and Identify and develop Critical Path for Each Project Sections and Activities. Liaise with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to indicate Cost and Return Forecasts at the Agreed Payment dates and throughout the Contract.
 Clarify Activities that have a Critical Impact on the Schedule; Prepare the Critical Items Action Report.
 Monitor Schedule Deviations, recommend Corrective Action/Work-around any Issues that may arise to the Project Managers.
 Monitoring all required Logs in project like (Materials, Shop Drawings, Method Statements, Procurement, Delivery, Sub-Contractors).
 Liaise with Supplier / Sub-contractors for non-Deliveries, Quality or breached Terms & Conditions.
 Liaise with Accounts for Advance Payment; provide Payment requirements for Suppliers.
 Coordinate Project Activities with Subcontractors and monitors the Implementation of Subcontract Agreements in line with Programme.
 Monitor & Report all Work being carried out by Project Teams and Sub-contractors to ensure Compliance with the Specifications of the Project and in a Timely Manner Through KPIs.
 Responsible for Implementing Schedule and Earned Value Management (EVM) Across a Selection of Projects, in Coordination with Project Managers and Engineering Leads.
 Develop Project Dashboard Reports in MS Excel, MS Power Point, or other Reporting Tools
Review the Schedules and related Documents from the Designers, Consultants and Sub-Contractors including Weekly & Monthly Reports and analyze the content to ensure compliance with Project Objectives.
 Prepare Cash Flow, Manpower Histogram and Equipment Histogram with respective S-Curve.
 Prepare Weekly, Mid-Month and Monthly (or any Period Agreed with the Management) Reports about the Status of Project Progress.
 Prepare Recovery Work Programs in case of Delays to mitigate of Impacts of Schedule Problems and Assist in Developing Recommended Appropriate Modifications.
 Participation of Monthly Valuations, Evaluation of Variations, Project Status Reports, Tender Invitation, Process & Evaluation, Evaluation and Negotiation of Suppliers Quotations.
 Attend Meetings with the Client, Consultant / Project Management representative.
 Maintain Awareness of Contracts Financial Status.
Job Responsibilities as Claims, and Delays Analyst
 Preparing English and Arabic letters related to Delays, Obstructions, Claims and Programs.
 Keep Records, includes Drawings, Field Notes, sketches, reference manuals and any other Engineering Materials and making sure that they are noted in the Contract, and that all information is dictated.
 Identifying Factors Leading to Project Extension and Timely Notification of the Same to the Engineer/Client.
 Review Schedules to Identify Delay and Risks and Recommend Appropriate Mitigation Actions.
 Participate with Project Team in Preparation Extension of Time Claims (EOT) with Full Supportive Documents or Major Change to The Schedule & Prolongation Cost.
 Handle Issues with Contracts. During each stage of development, problems with contracts can arise, and he must be able to resolve them.
 Follow the Events Which Caused the Delay of the Project.
 Studying the Impact of the Different Events on the Delay of the Project.
 The Ability to use Different Delay Analysis Techniques for example: Impacted as Planned, Time Impacted Analysis (TIA), As Planned Vs as Built Method and Time Slice & Window Analysis Method (TSWA) Based on The SCL Protocol & AACE 29R-03.
