- Ensuring the overall implementation of the project according to work plans developed within the project Steering Committee and in coordination with the HI regional and country-based teams.

Assess potential risks and technical challenges and prepare appropriate mitigation plans. Analyze system issues and provide resolutions. Recommend process improvements to ensure system reliability, scalability, security, integrity and performance. Work in compliance with department safety and quality standards.
