Promoting sales and training staff, responsible for the showroom's appearance. Responsible for everything that makes the showroom inviting to customers, from cleanliness to a friendly sales staff to the most modern and desirable merchandise.
Handling daily sales process (contact clients - follow up sales orders)
Handling Customer's financial position in order to ensure cash flow process.
Generating new sales opportunities in the market.
Contributing with the management to developing sales strategies according to the company's guidelines and market needs
Submitting sales forecast report per customer / season.
Working with purchasing department in collecting new products' line.
Working with marketing department in order to implement new strategies into the market and increase brand awareness.
Ensure all stores implement and execute all promotional activities and directives on time.
Supervising products inspection, classification and warehouse upon shipment's arrival.
Arranging and attending periodical training sessions for sales staff.
Maximize sales in all stores through coaching and performance management of the store teams in customer service, promotional activities, and control of costs stock levels and stock loss.
Attending management sales meetings on a regular basis in order to discuss sales & marketing operations and review new marketing and branding strategies
Responsible for the follow up and supervision of export applications; internally and externally. Responsible for examining outgoing shipments, and for the supervision of and agreeing on the shipping orders and for determining the types of cargo and freight lines, as appropriate.
Correspond with shipping & insurance companies to rectify damages and shortages, if any.
Inspect production cycles to ensure compliance with the relevant production plans and requirements. Responsible for the quality check inspection and control and for training and supervising subordinates.
Coordinate and attend internal periodical as well as ad-hoc meetings to discuss issues of importance, i.e. business plans, production cycles and priorities according to the various geographical territories and their requirements, customers’ needs and complaints, departmental goals and achievements, etc. Participate in high level management meetings.
Prepare and submit departmental periodical reports to executive management.
Follow up with financial controls on accounting issues and transactions, maintain and update clients’ records, records on outgoing shipments, customs, etc.
Management of sales transactions such as customer response, orders, payments, delivery schedules, customer complaints and service levels.
Management of shipments through effective coordination between various departments and suppliers involved such as production dept., dispatch, sales logistics, transporters, freight forwarders, shipping agents, customer agents, etc.
Maximize sales in all stores through coaching and performance management of the store teams in customer service, presentation, promotional activities, and control of costs stock levels and stock loss.
Constantly review sales improvement practice, plan, initiate, identify and exploit any additional opportunities to increase sales.
Performing daily stores' visits to assess selling tools in every store.
Ensure all issues, ideas and recommendations of stores are effectively communicated to the management.
