اعمل بوظيفة مدير مبيعات للشركة ومسؤول عن متابعة امور الموظفين وخصوصا موظفي المبيعات وموظفي العناية بالزبائن بالاضافة الى متابعة كافة الحملات والاعلانات وكتابة التقارير للادارة
الهدف من ادارة المبيعات هو عمل الخطط التسويقية لزيادة المبيعات بالاضافة الى وضع هدف شهري والعمل عليه مع كافة الموظفين بطريقة الفريق المتكامل .
My tasks and responsibilities at Kada Auto Trading and Investment Co. NISSAN are:
o Identifying the company's goals and set up a working strategy to achieve them monthly and yearly.
o Managing all marketing campaigns for Kada company.
o Leading the company's sales team and organizing different tasks and responsibility for each one of them according to each one own strength and experience
o Following-up each step of the process of implementing the identified plans. Furthermore, In case of not achieving the plan, I am responsible to choose and implement the best alternative that fits the desired goal.
o Motivate all employees at the company.
o Solve customers' problems and applying customer relationship techniques.
o Interviewing candidates for company's job positions including sales representatives, cleaning workers etc..
o Planning and organizing training courses and sessions for sales representatives especially new ones
o Communicating with the top management of Kada Company to discuss with them working plans and strategies.
o Following the signed contracts with customers and local banks in the city of Hebron and Bethlehem
o Managing Kada's inventory and maintenance departments
o Coordinating with Palestinian local universities to train some students at Kada company in the different company's departments
o Submitting weekly, monthly and yearly administrative and financial reports to the top management
o Coordinating with Ministry of transport, customs and licensing departments to facilitate and finalize the documents for the customers who buy cars.
ممثل مبيعات لمنتج الشركة, العمل على سلم التدرج لممثل المبيعات الذي يحسب بالنقاط .
متابعة العمل مباشرة مع الزبائن وحل الاشكاليات المتعلقة بالتعاملات الخاصة بالمنتجات سواء مشاكل مالية او تقنية .
التسويق اعتمد على جهازين جهاز يسمى Defender واخر يسمى FilterQueen والاجهزة امريكية الصنع وطبية وباهظة الثمن لذا كان اختيار الشركة لممثلي المبيعات بدقة وانتقاء دقيق .
My responsibilities as sales representative are :
• Explaining the product to the customer and try to persuade him to settle the deal.
• Preparing sales reports and weekly visits.
• Focusing on the customer to use network marketing (customer to customer).
• Solving problems with customers and focusing on customer’s satisfaction.
• Joining celebrations of the company's sales representatives.
