Work closely with the Section Head in managing assigned projects through building and nurturing long term and effective client relationship in order to maximize business through various distribution channels that will improve profitability of the business, Support the management relationships with Business Partners through understanding their needs and responding to issues and queries in a timely and effective manner. By being the interface point between the investors and the company which leads to maximizing the profitability through land building lease expansion in addition to retaining the existing Business Partners by developing retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inputs for the development of policies, processes and procedures for managing the investor relations effectively in order to improve profitability of the business and meet policy guidelines.
• Prepare lease agreements, drafts and proposals as per defined procedures and provide administrative support for the clients.
• Act as a point of contact for clients - coordinate for the issuance and renewal of lease, trade licenses and permits, assist in the timely collections of accounts receivables from partners and liaison to reconcile statements and ensure accuracy of billing to provide efficient customer service.
• Provide administrative support to the management of the Labor Villages, warehouses & offices in order to ascertain smooth business operations and effective workflow.
• Liaise with customers for the assigned project to manage difficult customers interface and ensure smooth settlement of customer issues and queries in order to increase customer satisfaction
• Provide support in managing the client expectations that foster client ties, Initiate measures to track and reduce customer complaints through effective communication to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Effectively negotiate and implement the settlement agreements in conjunction with business planning, contracts & legal and justify and request exceptions in closing the deals with the customers.
• Support the section head by channelizing client requirements into commercially viable leads to contribute to the profitability of the department.
• Provide support for the collection of information related to client feedback to provide management front line data to understand public opinion, gauge visitor experience or make business and marketing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, procedures and practices followed by departmental staff to fulfill the business objectives.
• Offer expansion offers and solutions for existing investors to enhance their operations.
