Took charge of training more than 70 staff across several branches in software and methodology such as Revit. Also worked very closely with BIM Operations Manager on company wide BIM standards and template documents. On the projects side, I acted as a BIM Manager on several mega projects taking care of meetings, validation, clash detection, and acting as the main contact for the client and other stakeholders; All that took place while being an admin on BIM360 as the main CDE platform along with Aconex for official submissions of major milestones.

• Succeeded in implementation of BIM throughout all disciplines. This includes building and maintaining Bluehaus Group wide standard templates and families.
• Manage, standardize, and implement BIM protocols BEPs, workflows, estimations and client requirements for scan to BIM (point cloud to Revit model) Bluehaus sister company Urban Surveys.
• Achieved to create Revit family creation guideline and standards along with a QC checklist.
• Conducting regular meetings and workshops with client and contractor to discuss and advise project coordination, project progress, and coordinate design to maintain design intent and quality.
• Introduced and implemented clash detection for the different disciplines of the company.
• Oversee the internal project management process to ensure awareness of all stages and any impending challenges are proactively assessed and dealt with.
• Ensure design implementation meets international and locally required standards.

• Conducting regular meetings with client and contractor to discuss BEP, MIDP (Master Information Delivery Plan), along with reviewing proposals to fulfill client’s vision and requirements.
• Regularly providing clash detection and coordination between MEP, structure and architecture BIM models to minimize site impact and maximize efficiency and meet project programme.
• Coordinated and managed 4D simulation on a weekly update to provide stakeholders with project progress.

Training professionals such as DEPA an intensive Revit course to be able to edit, manage, and understand BIM Revit files for fit-out, detailing, and construction.
• On site project manager responsible for managing the project construction and execution along with
coordination with all engineers. I provide shop drawings and details needed along with 3D views/perspectives to fully visualize the shop drawings outcome and provide client with creative solutions for all missing details. All drawings are done using Revit with on-site dimensions and accurate shop drawings.
Project:
- MSD Offices 900 sqm (Beirut, Lebanon) - Project management, site meetings, minutes of meeting, daily reports, BOQs, shop drawings, detailing, 3D modeling, rendering, animation and coordination.
• Spearheaded a team consisting of an architect and an interior designer to manage the activities including design and rendering architecture and interior projects in addition to construction and execution.
• Built BIM designs using Revit and provided full city animation combined with Lumion.

- Chalet Building 1, 100 sqm (Baabda, Lebanon) - Interior & exterior 3D modeling and rendering.
- Raised Floor Assembly Animation (Dubai, UAE) - 4D animation and rendering.
Worked on multiple projects in design and architectural drawings, which included: maps of the
Execution, interior, and rendering. All 3D modeling renders were done using Revit. The projects were
houses, residential buildings, and hotels. I worked on renders that were also used for marketing the
project and showing its design.
• Designing and executing several projects including towers, houses, and restaurants. All the work is done
using the latest version of Revit with full implementation of BIM automation system such as quantifying all materials, doors, windows, etc. Our work includes permit drawings, execution drawings, renderings, and all kinds of architectural drawings, all done using Revit as well.

Taught a 2 month Revit course where I provided an outline for the students and a simple project to
accomplish.
Studying BIM Management with the ISO 19650 while applying openBIM on an actual hands on project.
