- Missions and responsibilities:
o Ensuring collaboration cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary groups, such as Business Leaders, Site Managers, Group HSE, EXCO ((more than 1800 employees et 4000 contractors)- 30 sites
o Implementing the Health & Safety roadmap of the group in Algeria through HSE-IP plan
o Put in place the CCM (Critical Control Management), PSM and other leading KPI’s
o Implementing the health surveillance and industrial hygiene in compliance to Algerian regulation and group health standard
- Achievements:
o Managed the crisis management team by allowing business continuity during Covid-19 pandemic
o Devising the number of major accidents by 3 in 2019 & 2020 at country level (historical)
o Sustained the audit process (internal) on HSMS covering the whole business
o Leading the HSE Group audits at RMX Iles de France and Tanger (Morocco).in 2021
- Main missions and responsibilities:
o Leading initiatives under Core Process Risks at Country / Group level.
o Contributing to culture change in the organization through strategic and systemic plans.
o Leading initiatives under Core Process Risks at Country / Group level such as hot materials
- Achievements:
o Leading the health and safety group/ cross & Group audits, some are: Saint Constant in Montréal (Canada), Sokhna Pkant (Egypt).
o Designed the “Moultazim” & “Mithali” programs (Operational Supervisors Leadership Program)
o Rolled out the Contractors Safety Management program with purchasing department
o Migrated, designed and implemented the training of all the BU end users/ administrators on the Group new GRT (Global Reporting Tool)
- Main missions and responsibilities:
o Leading all safety action plans and roadmaps in relation to the plant.
o Managing a Safety team and firefighting teams.
o Leading shutdown projects and construction (cement mille 5)
- Achievements:
o 2 years LTI free for employees (first milestone never achieved) and divided LTIFR by 5 in 3 years
o Set up the Standards operational procedures
o Managed the culture transition between Orascom and Lafarge
- Main missions and responsibilities:
o Developing and implementing the new H&S road safety management in Algeria.
o Developing new training plan for the staff and drivers & GPS tracking system project
o Hazard recognition in the customer sites and Journey Management Plans process.
- Achievements:
o Elaborated of the GPS tracking system specification for own trucks for more than 200 trucks
o Planed and rolled out the first defensive training for the own drivers for 420 drivers
- Main missions and responsibilities:
o Managing health & safety on well pads, pipelines and other plants shutdowns.
o Managing risk on construction projects (wells, new camps and accommodation facilities, shutdowns….etc.
o Setting the training needs to staff and contractors according to job description.
o Permit to work coordinator
o Incident/ accidents investigation Leader.
- Achievements:
o HSE procedures set up and onsite visual risk assessment for Arabic speaking contractors
o Customized the system in two different sites (Krechba & TEG sites)
o Commissioning the new camps.
- Main missions and responsibilities:
o Leading construction teams for JK, Train II (Vessels, pumps, compressors, air/oil coolers, exchangers, and turbo expanders). Approximately 390 persons.
o Acting as area authority for work permits coordination.
o Supervising worksite as per HSE regulation, project specifications and QA/QC procedures.
o Monitoring equipment’s handover to the client.
- Achievements:
o Commissioned phase 1 on rotating equipment (Turbo compressor, pumps, fans, exchangers & vessels…etc)
o Achieved the 0 LTI within the period of the project (managing 390 contractors)
- Main missions and responsibilities:
o Simultaneous translation of meetings with partners and customers
o Field translation with the KBR staff
o Strongly contribution into the company QA/QC and HSE manuals
- Achievements:
o Preparation of all working procedures for tanks erection
o Translation of the TARSI HSE & QA/QC manuals into English
o Translation of the JK HSE & QA/QC manuals into French
