Responsibilities:
1.1. Project & Construction Management: Achieve project milestones, Monitoring time delivery of Materials as per the procurement delivery plans, Achieve Start and Finish dates of projects as initially planned, Manage recovery plan of projects, Contract & Customer management, and manage site stuff, team, and subcontractors.( Mange more than 350 Project/ Site engineers, supervisors, drivers and workers )
1.2. Cost Management & Cash Flow monitoring: Achieve project budget within the approved estimated JAS, Raise invoices on time, Meet and maintain expected profits and project margins, and Follow-up and collect payments, monitoring and control of Profitability Reports.
1.3. Management of Variation Orders : Timely identification of issues and resolution, Manage variations (Positive or Negative). Raise variation orders, estimate cost and receive approval from client, and Revising Job Analysis Sheets.
1.4. Establish, monitor and achieve quality targets in the work executed, in coordination with the other departments.
B. Zamil cool care (Special Projects) Co. Ltd
• Senior Mechanical Project Engineer in (RAS AL KHAIR DESNILATION AND POWER PLANT).(The Largest Power plant in the Middle east) (Project Value : 200 MSAR ).
1.1 Overview the design drawings and the BOQ in order to prepare the coordinated shop drawings.
1.2 Preparation of new BOQ based on the final Shop drawings in order to prepare work orders, and Variation Orders.
1.3 Overview of technical submittal of different HVAC equipments like AHU's and Fans, valves and other HVAC accessories.
1.4 Follow up the material Submittals, and drawings transmittals to get the approvals.
1.5 Preparing Time schedules, Man power diagrams with the planning
1.6 Project Coordination, Meeting with Consultants and Clients.
1.7 Project Coordination with Site Engineers, Sub contractors Project mangers to instruct them for the necessary priorities.
1.1 Working on The Mechanical systems (H.V.A.C networks and duct systems, and Plumping System.
1.2 Execute different systems in Tower building, chilled water and heating systems, duct system (ventilation and heat recovery), and firefighting systems.
1.3 Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, Coordinate with the project staff to implement project budgets.
• Mechanical Project engineer for. (Queen Alia International Airport Expansion Project) (01/08/2009 to 01/08/2010).
1.1 Working on Mechanical systems ( heating, cooling piping network and duct systems, firefighting, drainage and Domestic water systems )
1.2 Execute different systems in airport building, chilled water and heating systems, duct system (ventilation and heat recovery), firefighting, drainage and water systems.
1.3 Make full control of site Activities so I am responsible of over than 250 employers (Site Engineers Foreman's, technicians, workers, drivers).
• Project manager for (Munia Tower) LEED Certificated (14/10/2010 to 31/03/2012):
Overview LEED certificate requirements, and prepare submittals and mechanical shop drawings and achieve them during overall project work track for:
1.1. VRF Systems.
1.2 Grey water systems.
1.3 Solar systems.
1.4 Firefighting system (Wet System, Fire suppression).
1- Project Engineer working on (Royal Hashemite residential Projects).
Working on mechanical design of project systems (pumps, Ducting, Ventilation and fire fighting
System), reviewing submittals and shop drawing for approvals from ID & consultant and coordinates with electrical engineers.
2- Project Electromechanical Engineer working on (3 villas with a total area of 7, 000 m2).
2.1 with several responsibilities including working on dimming panels, motor central controller Panels (MCC’s), swimming pool systems, under floor heating system, ducting work (HVAC system) and reviewing Electro-mechanical shop drawings.
2.2 Pricing new projects and preparation of submittals for awarded projects.
