Responsible for:
1. Create Pipeline for the company (East and Central)
2. Arrange the presales activities.
3. Solution offering as per the customer requirements.
4. Conduct Demonstration on the product for higher and middle management.
5. Build the initial man efforts and the project plan.
6. Deliver the project to the implementation team.
- Manage Consulting team.
- Demonstration for the product and create scoping documents.
- Project Manager for all companies’ projects.
- Develop customer base in KSA, and create level of confidence with existing customers
- Lead manufacturing implementation team.
- Approve all customers’ business requirements review documents, and validate mapping on ERP system.
- Implementation for ERP supply chain modules, and includes: Analysis, Design, Data Preparation, Training, Testing, and Go Live.
- Coordinate with other company department, like Financial Team and Technical Team.
- Support for closed projects.
- Create Projects Plans
- Handle steering committee meetings with clients’ senior management.
- Discuss production plan with planning section head.
- Meet the weekly plan production
- Manage two major departments, Emulsion and Industrial Paints.
- Allocate labors per machine.
