Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Provide technical support and assistance for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware for users.
Oversees and/or participates in the establishment of deliverable systems by executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks and operating and system management systems including development of necessary documentation as required.
Acts as the Lead Systems Engineer per procedure for very complex projects as determined by Manager that affect multiple systems, involve several suppliers/teaming partners, and require frequent customer interface.
Moreover, to ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for their users with high security levels.
