 Leading the team in all functions of project life cycle from initiations, scoping, planning, estimation, budget compliance to execution control and delivery.
 Managing all phases of product customization cycle involving business requirement extraction, process mapping, GAP analysis, Change finalization and execution.


 Responsible further for Application Support Management including problem/error identification, trouble shooting, specification correction, change/enhancement management and UAT.
 Involved in business process Automation and Integration with Core Solution while coordinating with Vendor & Suppliers and compliance of SLA.
