- Own/Drive the totality of the business throughout the cycle from Supplier relationship building/management all the way to the end buyer.
- Plan a full strategy for the business & review it with the CEO to get approval.
- Plan & execute a detailed Action Plan that involves/engages others.
- Expand the portfolio of products with a self-drive & need of the business.
- Negotiate T&C with Suppliers/potential suppliers.
- Drive the Finalization of Suppliers Agreements in coordination with the CEO.
- Plan Stock Orders
- Arranges an inspection of goods prior shipment where need be.
- Drive salespeople on the ground related to the business, help them plan their sales visits for the following weeks and review with them the outcome for their visits.
- Guide sales people where to focus
- Plan & execute regular visits to all provinces in KSA
- Forge a strong relationship with Key accounts especially Utilities, DIYs, Hypers, and municipalities.
