• Working closely with key accounts to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organization.
• Acting as the main interface between the client and the organization to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seeking the opportunity to participate in client's strategic business planning processes.
• Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations where applicable
• Coordinating the preparation of Sales proposals, tenders/bids, and contracts
• Preparing account and opportunity plans
• Identifying and gaining new business through cold calling, mailing, and referrals
• Coordinating with Technical Support staff regarding technical issues to ensure client retention and continued business
• Reporting pipeline activities, leads and opportunities’ status and maintaining assigned clients’ information
• Archiving offers, proposals and relevant documents on CRM
• Building relationships with partners/vendors and identifying areas of mutual interest as a means of maintaining a business relationship
• Selecting, coordinating and managing staff to complete tasks associated with retaining the major/key/named client account

* Develop and define Sales strategy, business plan and strategic (pricing) Scenarios with PM into the market segment.
* Set the sales policy for each account as a translation of the company policy.
* Monitor competitors; analyze market information for proposals to meet the market prices level/customer budget and to be in line with corporate benefits.
* Influence on decision making process with related departments like Finance and Products Managers (PM) to ensure strategic investments/budgets.
* Supervise the Account Managers to establish strong customer relationships and assist the Sales Managers in growing revenues within our existing and new clients base.
-Find and create new business within each account by composing a coherent strategy balanced on many different factors (Political, financial and technical competitor/customer scene)
-Study and discuss the Customer’s needs and requirements then specify the best and optimum solution that meets his request
-Handling Customer’s request by providing him with all required information
-Promote NOOR solutions and products to the Customer by updating him with our latest technology and services.
-Conduct negotiations with major strategic Customer authorities
-Build and maintain a strong customer relationship
-Promote NOOR available services for new Customers and up-sell existing ones.
-Manage existing and new accounts starting from the installation phase till payment phase
-Achieve the target set by the management
-Attract new leads and help retaining existing clients
-Sell insurance policies to individuals and groups
-Achieve the target set monthly
-Build and develop customers relationship
-Prepare a monthly plan for insurance policies sold depending on each client
-Manage and follow up the clients’ payments
