•maintain the network, software and hardware in Head Office and various project locations.

•To install computer equipment and its peripherals both for full network set-up and for end user work stations
•full support on Polycome HDX 9000 and 8000 video conference devices "RMX 7000 & CMA 4000 desktop" and this my main task
•handling communication part by creating and editing Extension and TN numbers on Nortel system
•handeling active directory servers and printing servers for site offices in Sulibiya plant and Bayan Palace .

•Trainer for dynamics AX “retail pos” for mangers and staff
•directing operations support for application
•planning and directing operational functions such as monitoring
computer telecommunications equipment
•full responsibilities in new stores opening “IT part”
•Creating manuals and user guide as references to IT team and normal users
•updating technical support team if there is new modification
•providing technical advices to administrative personal on operational change
•making programming team understand in technical way the client application needs
•Handling 34 stores ( Pizza Hut, Burger King, Apple Bees, Kabaji, Al Rifaee, Scoop Acone, Boost Juice )
• Day to day calls attendance, daily call attend to restaurant support, if any necessity upgrade or replacement hardware, preventive maintenance on schedule.
•Install implementation &training as per operation demand.
•Assist to open new restaurants.
•As a support engineer my responsibility is to make sure all equipments and devices which related to IT working fine and running the business at stores, restaurants and factory.
•Supporting any time at weekends or public holidays 24x7
•Preparing PC’s like main computer and COT with installing XP SP3 with last updating , install all application which helping
restaurant’s manger like Microsoft office 2007, Adobe reader, active report sp3, configure Outlook and win zip.
•Make IT equipments ready if there is any new opening
