JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
 Leading and directing two teams of electrical engineers/inspectors
for the construction supervision activities. Ensuring that the MEP
construction supervision team members effectively identify,
manage and report project tasks and responsibilities
 Revising all shop drawings and material submittals and approving
their compliance with the contract, the design, the project
specifications and the relevant codes
 Reviewing safety and building ability of the proposed designs, in
coordination with other disciplines, as per local and global life
safety codes
 Evaluating, selecting and adapting construction management and
control techniques, procedures and criteria to suit job tasks and
implementing solutions to problems encountered
ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Revised and approved all drawings and submittals for fire alarm
system, marking of egress, fire evacuation plans, and electric
substations/rooms egress plans. All interface with fixed firefighting
and water mist systems, HVAC, Access Control System were
evaluated and accepted by Saudi Civil Defense
 Redesigned the Marking of Egress (Exit Signs) for seven hotel towers
as per NFPA 101 regulations and Saudi Civil Defense requirements
 Completed, tested and energized 54MVA power network with an
emergency capacity of 20MVA
 Revised and accepted interim payments exceeding USD 200M
