Leading and directing two teams of electrical engineers/inspectors
for the construction supervision activities. Ensuring that the MEP
construction supervision team members effectively identify,
manage and report project tasks and responsibilities
Revising all shop drawings and material submittals and approving
their compliance with the contract, the design, the project
specifications and the relevant codes
Reviewing safety and building ability of the proposed designs, in
coordination with other disciplines, as per local and global life
safety codes
Evaluating, selecting and adapting construction management and
control techniques, procedures and criteria to suit job tasks and
implementing solutions to problems encountered
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Revised and approved all drawings and submittals for fire alarm
system, marking of egress, fire evacuation plans, and electric
substations/rooms egress plans. All interface with fixed firefighting
and water mist systems, HVAC, Access Control System were
evaluated and accepted by Saudi Civil Defense
Redesigned the Marking of Egress (Exit Signs) for seven hotel towers
as per NFPA 101 regulations and Saudi Civil Defense requirements
Completed, tested and energized 54MVA power network with an
emergency capacity of 20MVA
Revised and accepted interim payments exceeding USD 200M

Leading the construction team to achieve daily site construction
schedules and reporting to the project manager. Estimating costs

Acquired approval for all materials of fire alarm system and ELV

Energya Cables Saudi Arabia Industrial Complex Project in Rabigh
(350 Million USD project) of the following production factories:
o HV (up to 110 KV) and MV cables factory
o LV cables and wires factory
o Nitrogen Generation Factory
o Utility Building (Power generation and water treatment)

objectives and motivation to achieve targeted results
Ensure that works are done safely and as per approved drawings/
schematics/ specifications and carry out all related documentation
as per the project requirements
Ensure that all works are tested and commissioned as per the

by consultants
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Completed aforementioned production factories and attended
manufacturing equipment commissioning
