• Supervising Relationship Executives / Customer advisors .
• Assume full responsibility of the branch retail activities.
• Supervise and administer the operating functions of the branch and external visits, documentation of the visits and review contact reports made by relationship executives .
• Direct, coordinate, and plan the activities of branch business development and setting monthly, quarterly and yearly retail plan .
• Follow up target achievement and setting corrective action plans to relationship executives in order to meet business objectives.
• Sell and promote the full range of products to both existing and potential customers .
• Ensure the branch operations are efficient to achieve the objectives of the bank.
• develop sales efforts to achieve the targets and branch profit objectives .
• Develop and maintain large and/or high net worth individual accounts, meet executives, counsel customers on their needs and ensure efficiency of account management.
• Present different facilities requests (loans, mortgage finance, etc...)to the branch manager and concerned credit authorities if beyond the branch limit .
• Provide signature verification on the applications, customer requests, certified checks, and bank drafts.
• Solve problems of non routine nature such as (validity, insufficient funds, and frauds ) .handle customer's reconciliation problems and their request for different information .
• Respond to audit reviews, develop corrective actions, prepare reports to bank management, and provide general counseling to the branch manager .
• Supervise, mentor, coach, train and develop relationship executive .
• Train relationship executives to handle their assigned portfolio of customers efficiently and effectively .train and encourage them to practice cross selling effectively.
• Maintain continuous checks on physical properties, operating environment, equipment ans security to ensure proper working conditions and maximum security .
• Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the permanent supervision, compliance and money laundering, operational risk and workplace success guidelines
