•Created and presented the annual budget report, Provided multiple drastic cost-reduction solutions, and Prepared journal entries for the year-end.
•Audits, Reviewed all ledgers and other working documents, Implemented new systems to improve efficiency of Government transactions.
•preparing financial - supplier accounts - customer accounts - bank accounts reports.
•I have experience in the government transactions system (Absher - Qiwa - Social Insurance - Medical Insurance - Car Insurance...etc.)
•Reviewing the contract between the company and the client, reviewing the payment terms, guarantees, and any other conditions, and keeping the contract in files.
•Recording the value of the contract with assistants and customer reports as a guiding clause.
•Reviewing customer account statements and making validations with the customer to settle the account periodically.
•Preparing daily and weekly reports on the position of clients.
•Reducing the customer's indebtedness by the value of collection and proof of it on the assistants and making the general daily manual entries based on the documents attached from the treasury or the bank accountant.
