- Prepare and review weekly and monthly quality report.
- Tracks deficiencies and work with management to define corrective action plans and close out deficiencies
- Evaluated contractors and suppliers performance for reference to QA programs

- Establish, document and implement a quality management system and continually improved its effectiveness
- Establish documentation procedures to meet all the requirements of ISO 9001-2000
- Check and verify material deliveries in conformity with the project specification.
- Promotes and inspect safety measures on site during the course of construction
- Records, issue site instructions, corrective actions and non-conformances observed during operation
- Audit and inspect Batch plant and laboratory.
- Check and review Pre-fabricated cage`s schedules and placing sequence.
- Check and review formwork system ( Climbing form system )
- Check and review post tensioning fittings, embedded items based on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
- Manage of quality tool box meeting for (concrete handling and placing, lifting operation of formwork and prefabricated cage, …)

- Review specification and drawings, vendor submittals to become familiar with the scope and details and check interfaces of other contracts
- Monitoring and inspection of all aspects of construction activities with respect to the contractors performance of the works in compliance with drawings, specifications and approved quality control program.
- Identification, assessment and reporting of irregularities, verification of corrective measures
- In- Plant verification test for different design mixes
- Check and review the fresh concrete / earthwork tests and result.
- Check and review concrete batch plant facilities (mixers, silo`s, hopper`s, …..) as per NRMCA checklist.
- Mange batching, transportation, placing and curing of massive concrete.

- Review specification and drawings, vendor submittals to become familiar with the scope and details and check interfaces of other contracts
- Monitoring and inspection of all aspects of construction activities with respect to the contractors performance of the works in compliance with drawings, specifications and approved quality control program.
