1- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
2- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
3- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure
that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPIs are met.

Responsibilities:
1- Managing Private Sector Business & Public Sector Business, dealing with most of important
KOLs of chain pharmacies, Hospitals and Subagents in Riyadh.
2- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment
of each client's long-term goals.
3- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to
competition.
4- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
5- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
6- Optimizing GtN with the key accounts & decrease the returns of PCH products to be less
than 1% which done by monthly reviewing of the stock level and run rate.
Promoting for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare products in the governmental Hospitals of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, like Security forces Hospital, King Khalid University Hospital, King Fahd Medical City, King Faisal Specialist Hospital, National Guard & Military Hospital with a marked growth in our product in these accounts.
