Promoted to support the Group Head of Human Resource in the delivery of HR strategy, preparing, updating and compliance of policies and procedures in line with the group Strategic Plan, managing change and ensuring the achievement of the group Strategic Goals through effective people management practices.
Recruited to work closely and effectively with Heads of Businesses to provide human resource services for including HR policies and procedures, recruitment, employment processing, compensation, employee relations and retentions, administration and other related tasks to the respective SBUs.
Recruited to perform the HR daily operations, manage the employment process, enforce company policies and practices and administer attendance, payroll, leaves and company benefits.
Recruited to provide support in the various Human Resource functions; handle employment-related inquiries; ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information and ensure compliance with changes in labor legislation.
Recruited to provide support in the hiring process, review and update Job Description, screen and assess applications and resumes, schedule and conduct interviews and arrange and participate in job fairs
