Review the contract documents and advises the Project Manager of any deficiency.
• Review Contractor's submittals and ensure its compliance with concept design, contract requirements and properly coordinated with other disciplines.
•Review shop drawings and ensure its compliance with design requirements, contract requirements, properly coordinated with other disciplines and submitted as per the approved schedules.
•Review and approval of Materials ensuring compliance with contract requirements and submitted as per approved Project Construction schedule. Any deviation from the project specification shall be notified to the Project Manager.
•Regular visits to the Project site to ensure the quality of work follows contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report any deviations to Project Manager.
•Make sure that the Contractor has submitted the Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) before starting the relevant activity. Inspection & Test Plans and other Quality Verification Forms address all necessary information outlined in the project specification or the Manufacturer recommendations.
•Review and approval of Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) as submitted by the Contractor and ensure its compliance with all contract requirements.
•Monitor the work being taken by site Engineers and site Inspectors, taking any necessary remedial action to ensure full compliance with Contract Documents, Specifications, Method of Statements, Policies, and Procedures. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
•Ensure that work practices are compliant with policies and procedures i.e. local labor laws and safety procedures taking appropriate corrective action and/or reporting where non-compliance is identified.
•Coordinate with COMPANY Senior QA Engineer to establish the intervention point in the proposed Inspection and Test Plan.
•Technical support and assessment to Contracts Engineer and Cost Engineer of Trend Notices approved variations and claims (when raised by Contractor).
•Advice PMT Quality and Safety Engineers as well as Project Manager of noticed non-compliance cases during site visits.
•Regular spot checks of material delivered to the site and direct the relevant Inspector/ Engineer to continue inspection of stored materials on-site to ensure it is as per approved materials and in good condition.
•Closely monitor inspector/engineer performance and advises the Project Manager in case of deficiency or poor performance.
•Attend Technical Meetings with Contractors, and Weekly Progress Meetings if required by Project Manager.
•Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines / Trades has been carried out for all External and Internal MEP services.
•Take a decision related to the conflicts between proposed material samples and literature submitted by contractors against the contract specification, drawings, BOQ and costing.
•Review spare parts, operation & maintenance manuals of trades related to his discipline and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
•Participate with PMC disciplines in reviewing the Closeout Report as submitted by the CONTRACTOR.
•Review As-Built drawings submitted by the Contractor. The as-built drawing shall be properly coordinated with the site Inspection Team to make sure that it matches all site changes.
•Witness pre-commissioning & commissioning activities and ensure full compliance with project requirements.
•Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non-Conformance Report (NCR). All NCRs shall be coordinated with the PMT Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.
•Verifies that all designs, drawings, and documents are to current codes and standards and following organization policies and standards.
•Review and presents the Contractors Valuation Payments for final approval by Project Manager.
•Witness and supervises commissioning and start-up activities. Assists in preparing the Final Acceptance and Completion Report.

•PHCC supervision consultancy services for construction, testing and commissioning of CCTV Control Room at Seventeen (17) Health Centers, This project is a new CCTV control room at seventeen (17) health center to include all disciplines pertinent to construction & installation services as well as post-construction commissioning services.
•Design and built Al Wakra Souq Wakif Hotel 1& 2 is located within the boundaries of Al Wakra Heritage village, project consists of (2) Heritage Hotels, This hotel is a renovation for a part of the heritage houses of Al Wakra village to turn it into a five stars Heritage theme hotel and preserve the heritage theme of the buildings.
•North Gate Mall is a major new development by the busy North Road in Doha. The project consists of a shopping center with 280 shops including five anchor stores, a state of the art screen Cineplex. The varied shop types including, jewelry, fashion, sports, electronics and supermarket, family and fine dining and a crystal garden full of luxury shops, landscaped terrace with pavilions, and 4, 000 parking spaces. Imagined as a northern gateway to the city, North Gate aspires to the top of the market in Qatar and the Middle East
•Souq Wakif Boutique Hotel Supervision Works. The Project is mainly refurbishment of and existing old Building in Souq Wakif, in which the Concept is already produced by Mr. /s Highness, who is a subsidiary of Al Khayyatt. The New Hotel will be of a very high standard with only 17 Suites/Rooms.
•Lekhwiya sports stadium. The Lekhwiya Sports Stadium Project consists of the design and build of a 10, 000 seat Football Stadium and 4 No. Training Fields and associated Roads, Parking and Infrastructure as well as the future development of a Hotel, Fitness Centre and Multipurpose Hall.
