- Litigation.
- Perform substantial work throughout the entire litigation life cycle, including performing all elements of litigation case management.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence such as petitions, settlement agreements, letters and memorandum.
- Handling different types of legal transactions.
- Establishing off-shore companies and the entailed law requirements.
- Make Investigations with employees as per management request.
- Conducting legal research, reviewing company's litigation strategy pertaining to legal actions, and to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with local/international laws.
- Responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents such as civil contracts and agreements.
- Follow up transactions with police station, Public prosecution, courts.
- Doing reconciliation with ministries and authorities regarding company’s misdemeanour.
- Monitors and follows up on the strategic initiatives assigned to the Legal team, eliminating any obstacles to performance to achieve the set objectives.
- Involves in the negotiations of commercial deals with the concerned Department Head, ensuring all prepared legal documents by (own or outsourced legal teams) needed for the subject deal (e.g. NDAs, SPAs, MOUs, JV Agreements, etc.), are accurately drafted, compiled and compliant to the stipulated laws and match business requirements.
- Advising executive, senior management on various matters such as legal rights, and new as well as existing laws.
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for natural and juristic persons.
- Participate of creating, establishing & set up new entities and possible domestic and foreign companies and draft the article of association.
- Prepares minutes of the meeting for Board Meeting and General Assembly Meeting.
- Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
- Drafting statement of claims, defence and appeals.
- Attending court hearings.
- Prepare and draft contracts, agreements and legal documents such as wills, deeds, mortgages, lease, supply, selling, a subcontract, construction and all kinds of contracts.
- Providing legal advises and advising a wide range of clients.
- Meeting clients and providing them with accurate legal
consultations.
- Handling a variety of cases including Commercial, Family, Criminal, Civil Procedures, Insurance, Labour, Construction and Arbitration.
- Administer and handle cases, reviewing case files, drafting statements of claims, appeals, drafting legal notice, announcements and court’s applications, preparing legal researches including Jurisprudence views and cassation judgments, handling the documents required for filing cases, handling the negotiations between the parties in the pre- contractual phase, drafting and reviewing a various kinds of commercial contracts acting as the connecting link between clients and the Firm and regularly advise clients in relation to:
- Deciding case strategies.
- Evaluation of the dispute and estimate of the amount of potential loss or gain.
- Advice Companies regarding several issues in connection with Employment's matters.
- Responsible for preparing, examining, analysing, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.
- Attending court hearings and following up procedure in courts.
- Drafting defence memorial and all kinds of contracts.
- Doing relevant needed legal research.
