• Issuing daily/monthly payments (petty cash-checks-bank transfers).
• Preparing monthly sales Tax report and quarterly withholding tax report.
• Performing regular balance confirmations with the suppliers.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits (internal audit, external audit and tax audit).
• Maintain vendor files.
• Handling month end closing and preparing all required reports.

•Monitor the aging of Accounts Receivable including calculating the average days outstanding (Aging Report).
•Audit control on the warehouse every quarter.
•Calculate the Daily over & Shortage stock.

•Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
•Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Analysing accounting options.
•Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
•Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
•Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
•Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
•Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
•Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
