At Central Hazardous Cargo Department / Network Operations in the Head Office of UASC. Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for acceptance of hazardous materials for shipment on board of UASC vessels.
2. Ensuring that recognized safe practices are followed for all operations involving hazardous materials and cargo. 3. Ensuring all hazardous cargo is carried according to International Maritime Organization (IMO) rules and regulations. 4. Review and endure all documents of hazardous materials are in accordance to IMO laws. 5. Manage and issuing approvals of all hazardous cargo request through software by service provider purchased by the company.
