• Working for Upgrade existing system, new Project and evaluate projects criteria from vendors and organize integration and replacement of projects in telecom Egypt
• Working on RFPs and writing a selection criteria base on foundation needs design a Software Design Document (SDD) or ISD for stakeholder (dev team, vendor)
• Communicate with vendors and business to validate BRD from technical side and find a solution for vendor and business to satisfy needs
• Design a flowchart and structure for approach to facilitate to business and vendor or inside dev team
• Design a solution with many aspects in integration like security, performance, usability for long term even on some network architecture layer and database sizing
• Provide a solution for long term consider time and minimize cost base on project scope
• Determine guide line for performance and accepted rate for any system from vendor side or our side
• Design as sizing the infrastructure needed for any new application or enhancing in existing system
• Review and set aspect for security in network side if the communication inside or outside to prevent the proper threat
• Working in database tuning and performance to enhance query an execution on DB level
• Review and advise test case coordinate with testing team for application
• Work force design OSS ordering that dispatch order to technician and handle point of no return, tasks, sub task, and so on
• Assurance track with BSS flow and OSS flow and working on Remedy BMC project
• Using the exists technologies in telecom Egypt to design an architect technology like Message broker IBM and APP connect to working on ACUD
integration with TE telecom Egypt
• Working also in infrastructure level to design architecture like, servers, sizing, load balancer, database
• Familiar with service activation process and and offering on BSS
developing system and sub system with c++ and oracle database
and some time develop in java or .net
