Operational responsibilities:
- Managing Wared Distribution Company’s 3PL warehouses over Jeddah branch, three facilities in Jeddah with + 45K pallet positions
- Handling the 4PL projects of Wared with their clients.
- Communicating with the clients for the high-level subjects and issues
- Leading operation team containing + 60 employees over the facilities under my responsibility.
Strategic & Managerial responsibilities:
- Conduct the SLA meetings with the new clients.
- Calculate the PNL in cooperation with the GM for any new projects/clients.
- Prepare the monthly revenue and present to the top management aside with SWOT analysis.
- Create quarterly the performance appraisal and the cost deduction opportunities and present to the top management.
- Check the market opportunities and the competitors in cooperation with the commercial/sales team.
- Leading the projects of ERP/WMS upgrading as a core project manager
- Reviewing and creating (if any) the operations procedures and the KPIs
- Acting as an internal auditor (certified for integrated management system, ISO 9001 - ISO 14001 - ISO 45001 - ISO 22000)
- Follow up the facilities CD licenses, Baladya, SFDA.
- Leading the maintenance team under my responsibility.
- Responsible as WH & Logistics OP manager for BLC project (Binzagr Logistics Center), King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) project

- Leading Warehousing Team contains 22 Warehousemen, 22 Assistant, 11 Laborers and Housekeeping team.
- Participate as Member in Hikma SAP Implementation Program.
- Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
- Setup layout & space management, work organization chart, procedures such as SOPs, OPLs, WIs and TSs.
- Manage stock control.
- Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Warehouse over-all operations
- Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
- Follow up & control daily absence and over time.
- Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
- Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, SMCG report, Near Exp. report, manpower status report to Supply chains Manager including KPIs Targets result.
- Follow up ERP grogram (SAP) against with actual activities.
- Improvement & development of warehouse.
- Communicate directly with the head of other departments

-Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP's (Standard Operations Procedures) and KPI’s plus reports on any deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Warehouse manager.
-Coordinates and supports the warehouse manager in administrative tasks related to his shift.
-Ensuring the quality and inventory accuracy verifying through QC and SC records.
-Coordinates for training and updates training records received by the staff.
-Interface with auditors as delegated by line manager and substantiates compliance vide safety, training and other Documentation.

- Treating with a lot of far-famed customers (Procter & Gample, Nissan, Uneversal, Chipsy, El-Futtaim, Fine, Land Mark, Marks & Spenser, Pharaohs, IFF, Toys R Us, Hero, Rexam, L.G, Seniorita, Clup Aldo, Makro, Carrefour, OSN, Raya, AlShaya, El-Rashed, Beity)
- Treated with FMCG & SMCG, Damage Handling
- Worked depending on a specific strategies (FIFO /FISH/ FEFO)
