Managing IT problems and ensuring IT environment stability by working closely with various IT Teams within the bank.
As an Analyst my principal goal was to resolve clients IT issues using various tools (Remote access, active directory, VM reboot). Otherwise, I was assigned ITSM tickets to higher level support teams. In addtion, I was working as a deputy of my team leader, managing arround 20 persons. Moreover, I was participating in various projects having as target to improve service quality and develop knowledge data base within the service desk.
I was involved in various projects all over Europe, working as first and second level support.
I was responsable to plan and follow up different stages of fish production with the marketing of Trouts.
During 3 months I had the chance to perform my project graduation within AquaBiotech Group and in this period I worked in laboratory in order to test water's ozonation on Brachionus plicatilis culture in RAS, and the results was very intersting.
