private projects.

-ACCESS DOOR SYSTEM
Tasks and duties:
-Approval of plans, samples and materials included in the implementation
-Monitoring all tests, following up implementation work, and approving the results
-Ensure the presence of the necessary manpower in terms of number and efficiency, as well as
materials and equipment to carry out the work.
-Permission to start any execution work
-Assistance in finding solutions to implementation problems
-Field inspection and examination of all implementation works on a daily basis, and stopping work
on
the project or part of it in the event of any transgression or error.
-Preparing all reports related to supervision matters and informing the owner on a permanent
basis of the progress of the work on the site and submitting recommendations if necessary
-Review and follow up implementation schedules
-Evaluating and evaluating the contractors claims for change in design or contract document
-Familiarity with the terms and conditions of the contract to determine the type of claims
submitted by the contractor, whether they are within the contract or not, and to decide on them.
-Preparing all reports related to supervision matters
-Maintaining all records of all transactions related to the project, such as change orders, approvals,
inspections, and daily events at the site

For supervising the implementation of Electrical works for
Private projects

Tasks and duties:
-Supervision of operation and maintenance work (preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance of electrical
equipment and devices)
-Monitoring the flows of sewage arriving daily. Monitoring the treatment process within all units of the treatment
plant, evaluating its work, and discovering problems and malfunctions
-Evaluation of the efficiency of the treatment plant by investigating the results of analyzes of the water entering
and leaving the plant
-station and monitor the stability of the treatment process
-Preparing technical reports related to sewage treatment plant
-Providing an appropriate work environment and providing public health and occupational safety requirements to
maintain public health

-Chemical storage and injection building
.A desalinated water storage tank with a capacity of 50, 000 thousand cubic meters -
A room for monitoring and controlling the operation of all phases of the station
Tasks and duties:
-Supervision of operation and maintenance work
-Develop comprehensive strategies, policies and plans for the production operations of the water
desalination plant, and start implementing them
-Manage water storage, desalination and supply (pumping) operations at the plant, and undertake the
planning and running of the daily operations of the utilities
-Selecting station staff, training and supervising them, and monitoring and evaluating their performance in
comparison to targets
-Implementation of maintenance work procedures and strategies, planning and conducting preventive
maintenance work, monitoring excesses of expected standards, and addressing short and long-term engineering and
operational problems
-Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety and environment regulations, and
initiate their implementation
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, and identify and implement initiatives for continuous improvement of
operational processes
