Theming Design Coordinator

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with client team and creative consultant to develop the design of the theming and creative shows
- Coordinate with project engineers and ride vendors
- Assuring coordination between theming subcontractor
- Design development in coordination with engineers and other disciplines to develop the concept strategies and create a safe and functional building design
- Work with specs and costing team to control quantities and select building materials to assure the building is within the budget set by the client
- Make the design changes needed to meet the client / cost benchmark
- Reviewing the shop drawings and materials samples submitted by the sub contractors against the project specs and drawings approved by the client and the authorities.
- Coordinate with creative and Zoological consultants to develop all theming and animal support requirements
- Provide technical Support for construction management teams when required to provide onsite design solutions

- Leading design team to develop building concepts and develop the design to produce construction documents,
- Design research for site locations, cultural and historical references to develop the design briefs and create variants and strategies to be shared with clients and sub-contractors
- Coordinate with Subcontractor to create strategies and concept services working in parallel with the sustainability team
- Asses design risks and mitigate them in early design stages
- Design development in coordination with engineers and other disciplines to develop the concept strategies and create a safe and functional building design
- Work with specs and costing team to control quantities and select building materials to assure the building is within the budget set by the client
- Create and develop creative architectural solutions for technical problems to maintain the design intent
- Prepare presentation and discuss project design and development with clients
- Create architectural details to be the base of the construction documents and cost estimate
- Make the design changes needed to meet the client / cost benchmark
- Prepare tender and construction documents as per the job contracts
- Reviewing the shop drawings and materials samples submitted by the main contractor against the project specs and drawings approved by the contractor and the authorities.
- Answer client / contractors RFIs and Design onsite solutions in coordination with engineers and contractors.
- Coordinate with creative and Zoological consultants to Provide all theming and animal support requirements
- Provide technical Support for site supervision teams when required to provide onsite design solutions
