foot print area 14, 700 m2 per station & one at Grade station total Area 10, 785 m2 & one Elevated and at
Grade station total Area 8, 482 m2 .
Gold Line: - contain from: -
underground metro line 11 km boring by (TBM) and 9 under ground station the average foot print area
22, 258 m2 per station.
Green Line: - contain from: -
underground metro line 17 km boring by (TBM) and 6 under ground station the average foot print area
33, 600 m2 per station.
Elevated & at Grade section 3.065 km included Via duct and Bridges and one Elevated Station the

Main duties as follow: - supervision of all construction activities and Coordinate and sharing with the
different department as follow :
Technical & Planning of Program construction teams to study and accept the construction Method of
statement
PMO to do, the 8 Steps to Earned Value Analysis as follow:
Determine Planned Value (PV), Determine Earned Value (EV), Obtain Actual Cost (AC), Calculate
Schedule Variance (SV)., Calculate Cost Variance (CV), Calculate Other Status Indicators (SPI, CPI, EAC,
ETC, and TCPI ), Compile Results
Program construction teams for each lines to study and analysis contractor claim for EOT ( Extension of
Time )
Change dept., technical dept. and PMO to study and evaluate the Request for change and scope control
requested by employer and contractor
Commercial dept. and contract admin dept. to study and review the assessment of claim or variation
order submitted by contractor and study and evaluate the Employer claim based on the awarded
contract
Tender and evaluation dept. to study and prepare the pre-tender Estimate (PTE) for all tender by QR and
other expected Rail Extension ( Green line Extension & Red line Extension ) also for other government
project like new Doha slaughterhouse, fish market & vegetable market
Project Title: Arab Canter for Research & policy study (DOHA INSTITUTE), contract Amounts QAR 880 m
