 Led the detailed mechanical design for the following: o Al Asyah m3/day 17, 870 BWRO/SWRO, with Ceramic Filtration as pretreatment for radium removal project, o King Fahd PM university 6, 720 m3/day BWRO/SWRO, with conventional Multimedia Filtration as pretreatment project, o Al Mashi Wells 6, 000 m3/day BWRO, with conventional Multimedia Filtration as pretreatment project, o Al Majmaa 15, 000 m3/day BWRO/SWRO, with Ceramic Filtration as pretreatment for radium removal project.  Developed and reviewed commissioning protocols and supported the on-site team during the start-up and performance testing of the BWRO/SWRO plants.  Performed critical hydraulic calculations and stress analysis for high-pressure piping systems, ensuring compliance with ASME B31.3 standards.  Developed comprehensive technical specifications for major equipment, including high-pressure pumps, energy recovery devices, and pressure vessels.  Coordinated with vendors and fabricators to ensure technical compliance, reducing equipment-related site queries by 25%.  Mentored a team of junior engineers, providing guidance on design best practices, process simulation, and software utilization.

 Making the necessary BOM for different units of R.O. with selecting the necessary equipment to complete the skid,
 Provide the technical office with different ways to upgrade the existing units to more efficient units,
 Make shop-drawings for each unit and pre-ordered units to minimize material cost and production to be faster.
 Coordinate with purchasing department to provide the production with high quality material, and discussing the timing of delivery so it’s not affecting production rate per day.
