- Setting out the BIM Execution Plan.
- Validation for the Structural BIM Models against BIM Standards.
- Provide technical support for the structural team.
- Preparing the clash report with the other disciplines.
- Provide solution for the automation of the design processes using Dynamo.
- Preparing the Models for the 4D and 5D analysis.
- Modeling all peojects using Autodesk Revit software with the required level of detail (L.O.D).

- Creating the DXF files for the structural analysis for the model, export them to the various Analysis software Like SAP 2000, Etabs, SAFE and CSI Column
- Deaign each element in the model according to the desire Codes abd specifications
- Preparing the reports and calculations sheets.
- Creating and preparing the shop-drawings for the RFT for each element, using differnt softwares like ArmaCAD.
- Preparing reports, designs and drawings.
- Making calculations about loads and stresses.
- Selecting appropriate construction materials
- Providing technical advice.
- Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval.
- Liaising with relevant professional staff.
- Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors.
- Administering contracts.
- Inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations.
- Prepare the bill of quantities and the monthly bills for the contractors.
