-Coordinate and monitor the financial statement, reporting and period-end close process.
- Prepare balance sheet and income statement.
- Prepare asset/liability management reports.

- Supervise and provide directions to accounting supervisors, senior accountant and

- Review and finalize trial balance, balance sheet and income statement.
- Review and approve accounts reconciliation, accruals calculations and other related
accounting documents/schedules.
- Review and approve journal entries.
- Provide professional development guidance and mentoring of staff to help them
achieve their full potential.
- Review Bank reconciliation

Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and
analyzing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting,
reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance;
reconciling entries.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit
and loss, and other statements.
- Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks and verifying
finished product.
- Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts;
providing information for auditors.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Cash received from retirements are banked on a daily basis.
- Analysis to be completed for bank and attached to bank deposit slips.
- All documentation to be filed correctly for bank reconciliation purposes.
- Prepare bank reconciliation monthly.
