- Manage, develop, and grow a team of Business Intelligence Engineers and analytic professionals
- Lead a team to create actionable business insights to answer business questions, drive business decisions, and develop recommendations to improve operations
- Drive a business intelligence roadmap; prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business
- Present analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic change
- Collaborate with product management, software engineering, data science, and data engineering leaders to design and develop information management capabilities
- Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics, drive the vision and building of automated dashboards and self-service analytic capabilities, and engineer data-driven processes that drive business value.
- Troubleshoot and Solving issues.
- Implement & Design Business process Cycles.
- Rollout the projects.
- Managing new projects needed.
- Manage and Support "Sales Force Automation" Application.
- Design & Implement Analytical Business Report using (SSRS, Power BI).
Managing SalesBuzz Application which SalesForce Application and troubleshooting all issues faced on it next to Handheld PDA Support.
Also, develop reports as per business needs using SQL server queries then generate it by available tools in the Company and one of these tools is Excel Report and Crystal report which is a direct report engine for Salesbuzz.
Also, able to generate dashboards on dashboard engine like 'Power BI' and 'IDashBoard'.
B.S. in Computer Information System. • Achieved a graduation project in four months ‘Bus Management System on Android’ founded from scratch. This project has service. The service is (Found Your Bus Track ) Will show the available Bus in Park of University and find it on GPS. I was Team Leader In Project. • Technology used: MySQL-To build the Bus DB and Connect between Application and DB – Java Android Framework (eclipse IDE ) to develop the system. And php Framework (Dreamweaver) to develop php files.
