Apartments and Villas - stores ….. etc.) turnkey finishes.
➢ Responsible for all stages of implementation from the foundations to the turnkey.
➢ Receiving the necessary materials for construction work and making sure it conforming specifications required.
➢ Negotiating with Suppliers and Vendors to ensure the best Contracts.
➢ Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials
➢ Monitoring workers and hand over the works done according to the required specifications.
➢ estimating the quantities for the work carried out. Writing the abstracts and submitting them to the consulting
engineer for the project.

the restoration and renovation of political and governmental buildings.
➢ Coordinate all design development and approval processes.
➢ Follow up the time schedule agreed for the design development and shop drawings with Subcontractors.
➢ Review contract documents and advise the Project Manager on technical matters affecting construction
and time costs.
➢ Prepare and follow-up technical queries with the Client/Consultants.
➢ Ensure that execution of works are to the required quality and safety and resolve all technical problems for all
trades.
➢ Assist the Project Manager in the management of Subcontractor works and point out any technical deviation.
➢ Assist in Quantity Take-Off for tenders.
Subcontractor for petroleum services works for “EMC - Egyptian Maintenance Co”, constructing administrative
buildings and covering gas lines.
➢Supervision construction and finishing works as required form the owner Company.
➢ Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the
work of any subcontractors.
➢ Prepare Quantities surveying as excavation, backfilling, steel reinforcement, concrete quantities…… etc.
➢ Checking technical designs and drawing to ensure that they are followed correctly.
➢ Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.
➢ Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with specifications.
➢ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
➢ Preparing site reports as required.
