•Handling The following Function:
* In Charge of all legal functions of 3 business units/subsidiaries working in fields of car rental and transportation and logistics.
* In charge of all legal functions for 3 offshore subsidiaries in Dubai, Qatar and Bahrain.
* Participating with Business Development Department on US Government Agreements/Tenders drafting and reviewing. (HL7 and DDKS)
* Drafting/Reviewing subcontracts agreements pertaining to US government Agreements.
* Participating/drafting IT Services, Aircraft Lease agreements.
* Having full responsibility for protecting company and management interest in the area of all legal aspects, legalizations, registrations, Employee, vehicles, premises and the like”.
* Legal Cases, Contracts and Service Supply agreements (Franchise, Transportation, Leasing, IT Services, Service provider, Real Estate, Distributor, Dealership)
* Handling all negotiations and correspondents concerning suppliers, agencies and distributorship agreements.
* Internal Admin Investigations.
* Legal Collection.
a Leading Automobile Company - Location: Kuwait, agency/distributor for more than 18 brands including (Ferrari, Masserati, Bentley, Jaguar, Tata, Daihatsu, Bugati, etc...)
•Handling the following functions:
o Legal Cases, Contracts and agencies and distributorship agreements, partnership agreements (English/Arabic),
o Handling all negotiations and correspondents concerning suppliers, agencies and distributorship agreements.
o In charge of implementing new strategic partnership agreement between the company and another leading Transportation Company (Establishing a new company, setting down its policy and procedures and Authority Matrix, Reviewing and Drafting new Distributorship Agreement with a leading Automobile Chinese Manufacturer)
o Legal Collection.
o Legal Section:
* To have full responsibility for protecting company and management interest in the area of all legal aspects, legalizations, registrations, Employees, vehicles, premises and the like”.
* Legal Cases, Contracts and Franchise agreements (English/Arabic).
* Drafting and reviewing all kind of agreements (Franchise, Tenders, Supplier, Service, Leasing etc…)
- Insurance Section:
* Handling various insurances requirements:
* Third Party liability insurance.
* Comprehensive Insurance.
* Personal Accident Insurance
* Life group insurance.
* Medical insurance.
* Fidelity insurance.
* Money in safe insurance.
* Traffic Section:
* To ensure the abidance of company policy and procedures in all areas. Including, defining and implementing all aspects of company policies and procedures at areas under my control.
- Internal Auditor:
* An Internal Quality Auditor ensuring the abidance of the company’s departments with ISO 9001:2000 standards.
* Participating in 2006, 2007, 2008 budgeting.
* Setting down Legal Department Business Plan for years 2006, 2007 and 2008 (vision, objectives, strategy, structure and ensuring proper implementation)
* Creating the processes for the Legal Affairs Department. (QMS Manual).
- Collection Section:
* Following and supervising Collection Department role in coordination with Financial Department.
