machines with Piovan Company.
Participate in the installation activities of chilled water station and water network which consists of absorption
chillers, pumping station, cooling towers, and water piping network.
Carry out the installation, and commissioning operations for the new injection machines.
Implement breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans on injection machines.
Planning and follow up activities:
Designing the facility’s machines and equipment databases, along with the machine coding system.
Preparing and follow up the implementation of the preventive and predictive maintenance plans for the
facility’s machines and equipment for years 2016, 2017, and 2018. In addition, preparing the yearly spare
parts plan, which led to reduce the maintenance costs and the spare parts consumption.
Maintain the vital records, such as: times, actions, maintenance steps, and frequency of breakdowns through a
dynamic reporting system, which effectively presents the progress of the maintenance work.
Manufacturing and Machine tools department.
Implementing breakdown maintenances, in addition to preventive, and scheduled maintenance.
Preparing the spare parts yearly plan for the CNC machines, which includes: Bearings, Belts, Ball screws,
Electrical servo motors, Encoders, Hydraulic servo valves, and more.
Implementing the calibration and inspection tasks for CNC and conventional machines.
Design and manufacture a new automated
production line for crystals:
Study and analyze the newly automated crystals production line using the reversed engineering techniques.
Leading the follow-up, manufacturing, and the installation processes for the new line parts and assemblies

Developing an effective production plan for the years 2012 and 2013 to perfectly supply the manufacturing sector clients by their requests, and successfully manage all the planned orders.
Develop and improve the conventional milling workshop by studying workshop products, manufacturing methods, machines loading plans, reorganizing workstations, and modifying the workshop layout.

Performing the required queries of the parts, assemblies, subassemblies, material’s inventory levels. Using the manufacturing system for production scheduling, and the inventory management system “Oracle.”
Reorganizing the workshop machines in various department “conventional lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, boring machines, presses, shapers, CNC workshop, ” in order to enhance the productivity, and reducing manufacturing times.

The analysis of two cases presents: - A complete description of the operations details, and conditions. - Fracture analysis, which include comprising a material characterization that was determined from a group of destructive and non-destructive tests. - Loading identification - Stresses evaluation using finite element method. - Failure causes, and recommendations.
