•Preparing the overall merchandizing budget for the brands. (Benetton/Saint Tropez & Designers Market)
•Attending all the sales meeting of the brands for the products selection.
•Products pricing and price comparing.
•Monitor orders based on the buying plan and follow-up to ensure merchandise delivery as per the plan.
•Planning and follow up on the re-orders on weekly basis.
•Analyzing departments (Women, Man & kids) requirement by setting sourcing triggers based on actual sales, sales trend & sales forecasts.

•Stock management (Stock rotation, Transfers, relabled styles, marked down styles)
•Monitor the Visual Merchandising calendar for the brand in consultation with the VM Manager and ensure the implementation.
•Directing and evaluating the store managers & Visual team.(KPI’s)
•Obtaining brand manuals and ensure implementation of the retail and customer service standards
•Preparing and Coordinating the Sales reports, KPI’s, margins and Sell through with the main brand offices (United Colors of Benetton in Italy/DK company in Denmark/Saint Tropez in Denmark)
•locating potential sites and new potential brands for the expansion plan.
1. Develops monthly and quarterly reports for management.
2. Effectively interface with upper-management, executives, other departments, customers, vendors and outside contacts as an inspirational expert for the brand.
3. Oversee the Division and manage the achievement of growth, merchandising, and sales target.
4. Logistics and stock coordination.
•Preparing the orders and attending the show room in Spain.
•Controlling the orders and the blocking.
•Monitoring the entire stock situation including the transfers between the shops.
•Preparing the high seasons budget using the tools and figures
•Checking the ranking for the best and worst succeed of each item.
