Act as the SPOC for SNO inputs to the Project Base plan at Design stage. leads the SNO team from pre-design to launch phase (13 weeks post Start Of new product Shipment ).

Accountable for ensuring SNO project results meet targets of Cash (Inventory), SNO Costs, SNO Quality, Schedule (SOS) and Service. Act as the key SNO interface to initiative management, Technical Readiness Leader (TRL), Production Site(s) Initiative Execution Leader (SIEL), Customization Initiative Leader (CIL) and market initiative related tasks for each Project. Owns SNO readiness for any project and also play the role of overall project leader.

Translate the Product and Package Change plans in the project Base Plan into an actionable SNO Base Plan in line with Product Sourcing, Artwork Clustering (i.e., language groups), SKU Complexity strategies. Lead development of the SNO delivery CPS (level 2), integrating all supply planning elements (SIP, DRP, MSM, PD, BP, SIEL, MIL, CIL), packaging development leadtimes (artwork CPS, including registration) and country requirements (product samples, trade window, country regulation) into the Delivery CPS for the project.
