• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and meet sales requirements, fostering communication and alignment.
• Conduct product ABC classification and contribution studies to identify profitability drivers.
• Utilize statistical methods to develop baseline forecasts, enhancing forecast accuracy.
• Lead the annual budget preparation process, disaggregating it for effective resource allocation.

Wiring Accessories Factory
• Collaborate across departments to validate the rolling plan and Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor raw material availability to ensure timely MPS completion, proactively resolving supply chain issues.
• Develop and implement inventory optimization tactics to minimize levels while meeting customer demand.
• Perform all planning activities within SAP, ensuring accurate data entry to support effective supply chain management.
• Manage SAP Master Data, including item code creation and updates, to maintain data integrity for planning processes.
• Scheduling Planner for Meat Factory & Chicken Factory
o Extract Stock level & Sales report from JDE Edward System in daily basis to Update created follow up sheet
o Analyze Sales rate and stock level by SKU then decide priority items
o Schedule all needed Items as per priority regarding: capacity utilization, considering items mix, work centers availability, quality regulations, balance labor intensive items
o Running production at healthy range guarantee capacity Utilization, Availability of products and avoid Warehouse blocking or Item Expiration
o Check availability of raw material for all planned Items to guarantee achievement of production Plan and avoid line stoppage
o Follow Export orders to achieve 100% for all Export items (communicating with export sales team regarding shipping Dates and customers’ priorities, production Scheduling by destination)
• Meat & Fish MRP Planner
• BOM Creation & Update on JD Edward ERP System
• Manage MRPII planning, including Demand Management, Master Production Scheduling, Capacity Requirements Planning, and Production Scheduling, to optimize production efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and stock level reports to track.
• Generate monthly production results reports for each plant to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Assist in decision-making for production plans across factories, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
• Manage the Manufacturing Department and Maintenance Workshop, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.
• Coordinate tasks among workers to optimize resource utilization and productivity.
• Design cutting patterns for stainless-steel panels to minimize wastage and enhance efficiency.
• Implement a statistical inventory management system for in-process inventories.
• Assist in developing organizational structure and job descriptions for team members.
