• Update job descriptions regularly to reflect any significant changes in job responsibilities; develop new job descriptions in coordination with concerned department heads in the event of creation of new positions.
• Maintain all personnel files and employee records.
• Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff (SAP).
•Maintain and control all documents related to the law, salary statements and policies etc
• Carry out regular checks on performance reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• manage and facilitate employee disputes
• administer disciplinary and dismissal procedures.
• Manage the Manpower requirements
•Responsible of the company accommodation.
• Responsible for General Hr activities including and not limited to the full Employment cycle aligned with company business prospective.
• Identify manpower needs and supervise the recruitment process for the respective business units and companies projects by working with the operations.
• Manage the Manpower requirements under manpower supply and secondment project for major clients (KOC, KNPC, KJO)
• Work in closely with the governmental affairs and operations team to ensure all company needs regarding administrative and governmental affairs are delivered promptly.
• Manage process of mobilise/demobilise employees in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labour Law.
• Maintain the currency of all employee documentation relating to residency & employment as required by relevant legislation.
• Deal effectively & efficiently with appropriate Ministries and Embassies, with special regard to Project Licences, Visas, and Communications equipment.
• Administer localisation quota systems in relation to Government Projects in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labour Law.
• Maintain professional confidentiality in relation to dealings with personal employee information and Company’s sensitive issues.
• Handling labour disputes.
• Handling General Hr activities including recruitment.
