Ensure enforcement of billing rules established by the AUB-MC policies and process
Ensure error free and correct account records and reports for daily Inpatient and Outpatient Bills
Ensure proper processing and reconciliation of accounts within established time frame
Perform root cause analysis upon error encounter
Respond immediately to queries of patients and employees and provide appropriate feedback
Monitor voided, cancelled, and refunded transactions on daily basis for fraud purposes
Assure the absence of the three fraud factors within the organization
Apply internal policies and procedures related to control and audit procedures
Manage and analyze information upon discovery of unusual transactions
Implement financial controls and brainstorming with the financial team
Handling daily operations within the accounting cycle including posting entries and closing of accounts
Reconciling bank, customer, and supplier accounts on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable
Generating the payroll and disbursement of salaries
Handling of cash and petty cash accounts
Creating customers’ new accounts and managing their debit limits
Reporting daily to the accounting manager
Maintaining & running store's daily operation- payments, records, inventories, cash handling etc.
Customer Service.
Maintaining and making sure all the office hardware and equipment running regularly.
Report daily summary and any issue to the higher management (owner)
