• Gather Requirements for Maintenance (Service), transportation & Property Management
• Create the Functional requirements mapping documents (FRMD). Review it with the customer and map the requirements to the system
• Being one point of contact to validate the customer requirements, and then process the tasks to the right resources in the right time.

• Conduct a session with vendors assisting them for the business requirements and demo data

• Crete project plans and schedules
• Monitors the implementation and follow up on deliverables from vendor and our side
• Control the risks and issues
• Pre sales: conducting sessions with the prospects to demonstrate our implantation methodology
• Assist in project estimation and man days
• Cerate project plan, schedules, and PSR’s
• Assist in the projects implantation in the following areas (production, SCM)
• Delivery management (controlling and managing the scope & the quality of deliverables as well as meeting deadlines)
• Resources allocation
• Risks and issues capturing and resolving
• Manage clients expectations and drive the project towards closure
• Crete project management documents (Statement of Work, KICK Off meetings presentations, project charter, project scope statement ...etc.)
• Requirement gathering and preparing the As Is Documents
• Preparation of Fit-Gap document
• Assemble, assess, and analyze information and assist technical consultants in understanding the design document
• Participate in design and review sessions
• Conduct Pilot-run with the client’s list of customizations mapping their business process to the system
• Organize and lead User Trainings in the areas of Production (Manufacturing), Warehouses, Purchase, Sales, Quality Transportation, Maintenance.
• Execution of Project activities and achieving milestones as per the planned timelines
